Students are nominated by teachers and staff for showing good character based on the Six Pillars of Character or showing some kind of improvement. Students who are nominated are given a signed certificate, goodie bag, and have their names announced on the morning announcements.
The Six Pillars of Character include trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness, caring, and citizenship.
The areas of improvement can include any of the following or more: attendance, behavior, assignment completion, grades, work ethic, attitude, motivation, and more.
